- Hover over Account & Lists > select Prime Membership > Manage Membership > End membership.Next, select Cancel My Benefits > Continue to Cancel > Cancel Membership to confirm.If free trial period ends and before cancellation, you have three days to cancel and request a refund.
Hover your cursor over Account & Lists and select Prime Membership.
Near the top of your screen, you’ll see a menu bar that shows the member’s name, the enrolled plan, the renewal date, and overall membership options. Choose Manage Membership.
Select End membership.
- To continue the cancellation, select Cancel My Benefits. Go to Step 5 in these instructions.To receive a reminder three days prior to your plan’s automatic renewal so you can cancel at renewal instead, select Remind Me Later.To stop the cancellation process completely, select Keep My Benefits.
You will see yet another option to switch to monthly payments. Select Continue to Cancel if your mind is made up.
If you signed up for a free trial, you won’t be able to sign up for another Prime free trial for at least a year.
